Update to the navigation bar

We've got a small exciting update for this Monday morning. We're updating the buttons on the top nav bar to combine the contribute and collaborate options. This is to give everyone a bit more space along this bar and to help the user journey.

We found that 'contribute' and 'collaborate' might not have been clear for everyone, so hopefully with this next release we'll be able to encourage even more users to get involved on their community.

The functionality remains the same; so you'll only see the actions that you have the ability to access, but now they'll all be listed under 'Create'.
