Hi everyone! I reside in the Fort Myers, FL area and enjoy spending time with our two rescue pups, as well as heading to the beach to shell hunt. I'm also a music lover...a self admitted kid of the 80's I love pop music! :). I joined Cytel in February of 2022 and have a passion for helping customers and customer success teams succeed by delivering value based on the customer's identification of what value is. Having spent over 20 years working with customers in a collaborative, supporting role I am super excited to be a part of the Cytel Collaboration Community and look forward to learning and meeting new people in the community.

I started out as a Fine Artist albeit with a background in the Arts as my family were also in the Arts in part. I graduated into what I now know to have been the worst recession since the '30s. Rather than be exhibiting in LA like one of the previous years grad I had shows but sold little and found myself working with Disney in London. ?! So I went back to study for a Masters in Ulster. Another Howzat. Interesting. Despite increasing the scale of my work selling was still difficult. The rest is history. I did the enterprise allowance scheme twice and freelanced but was also a trade union member and wound pursuing copyright interests with on behalf of as an elected lay rep then independently as the time frame in respect of my own rights interests differed. I have yet to recieve a penny due to the complexity of the law surrounding Copyrights. It has been a full time fight to survive. I would happily have escaped the Arts on many occasions my recent attempt being a venture into silversmithing where I might still be were it not for climate change. I am not a luddite just trying to escape chaos as we all are no doubt. I just happen to have consistently been directed to work online due to the fact that my circumstances left me subject to such direction. Gov. In work welfare. Currently I am on the Gov Restart programm seeking to either set up a seperate business for my silversmithing/jewellery design and manufacturing, yes I have CAD journeyman level. Thanks to my CAD tutor's level 5 project a behance profile and have maintained a number of social media profiles online at his direction. I was told repeatedly that I must stay online. Yes I still have an Identity Theft matter lodged with Notting Hill Police frankly issue might date back to the theft of my bag with various IDS passport & driving licence in 1984 from UCL. That's how bad it can get. I formed my company Visible Arts Ltd in 1998 in order to protect my sole tradership name which is Belinda Hale T/A Visible Arts. Surviving as an independent creator is hellishly difficult. I set up my websites not knowing how dangerous a .com can be. By 2017 I could not access my emails for spam.. I am still seeking to regain full control but it us happening gradually but as most 9f the works pertaining to my sole tradership are ' awol' ...Still pursuing that. The Copyrights let's say delegated to the protection or not of beetroot red embarrassed legal parties the Supreme Court included its a pretty heady mess up.. I did though assert my rights formally in 1996 which led to my being evicted from my flat in 1996 on the 1st May rather than remunerated as the directive stated that I must be. The EU Repeal Act is hardly helping.. chaos prevails so far as I can see my one consolation that I have no involvement with sexworking, porn let alone prostitution but frankly I might get remunerated if I were.. life's unpredictable..in the interim I console myself with creating wedding theme boards on pintrest weekly.. market research..people still want to get married and the wedding industry is the largest sector for jewellery sales.. online is very cold. I come from a big family and I miss company hence my foray into trading on the Portobello Market but that was to try and get sales to my websites online.. I miss the people and community matters to me. I read recently that chaos is because people are being used and things are being loved... I do find respite with other people online after a fashion. Hope this amuses. Saw a lovely shop to rent yesterday with a name that was aunts nickname..
