I have been fascinated by, and have been running Business Communities since 1998 when I created the first Social Network in the World, Ecademy. I am an absolute purist around the term Community as I feel this word is being used in the wrong context by many people who are actually seeking to 'talk to' their members rather than listen and serve them. To me, communities are all about the needs of the citizens of them and empowering them to co-create and enjoy it. I speak on this subject and also run a small community of 100 Business Experts called BIP100. The BIP stands for 'Business is Personal', the title of my book and also the mantra and deep belief I have held throughout my entire business career. I have 3 adult children who are entrepreneurial and married to Thomas Power since 1990. I have always believed in 'connecting hearts' believing that people can only feel significant and be able to support others when they connect at a heart centred level.

Hi everyone!  I reside in the Fort Myers, FL area and enjoy spending time with our two rescue pups, as well as heading to the beach to shell hunt.  I'm also a music lover...a self admitted kid of the 80's I love pop music! :).   I joined Cytel in February of 2022 and have a passion for helping customers and customer success teams succeed by delivering value based on the customer's identification of what value is.  Having spent over 20 years working with customers in a collaborative, supporting role I am super excited to be a part of the Cytel Collaboration Community and look forward to learning and meeting new people in the community.
