Zapnito’s in-site analytics
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Most Zapnito customers use Google Analytics to monitor their sites.
If you want to monitor your Zapnito site using Google Analytics, simply contact us at support@zapnito.com with your Google Analytics tracking code (which will look something like this: UA-71552177-1). Tell us the name of your site, and we’ll do the rest.
Please note that you are responsible for giving us the correct tracking code and for ensuring it is properly set up your end. We won’t be able to access your Google Analytics account.
Another analytics tool
If you already use a different analytics tool, simply contact us at support@zapnito.com and we’ll work with you to get it set up. Please note that we may need to speak to someone technical at your company who knows how the tool works. Please identify that person before getting in touch.
GoSquared
GoSquared is a software platform that combines analytics, CRM, live chat, and marketing automation into one powerful and easy-to-use platform.
We provide some Zapnito customers with a GoSquared account as part of their Zapnito licence. If that’s you, we will set this up for you and be in touch to arrange training.
If you are already a GoSquared customer and want to add your Zapnito site as a GoSquared project, simply contact us at support@zapnito.com with the project token, which will look a bit like this: GSN-8893597-J.
Zapnito’s in-site analytics
If you are an administrator on your Zapnito site, once you sign in you will be able to see a link to ‘Analytics’ under the cog icon on the main navbar.
The Analytics section offers you a host of reports to help you understand how your site is performing.
Each report shows live data, in both a chart and table format. The table can be downloaded as a CSV file.
Simply choose the report you’re interested in, set the date range over which you’d like to view the data, specify the reporting interval and you’re all set. The chart and data will update itself.
