Introducing Community Success: A New Course from Zapnito
We've spent years studying what makes knowledge communities thrive, talking to customers, analyzing behavior, and identifying the patterns that separate engaged communities from stagnant ones. What we found shaped everything about how we think about Community Success, and we've turned that research into a framework you can use yourself.
Zapnito are excited to launch “Community Success”, a new course built specifically for our customers who want a strategic framework for turning their community into a driver of real customer lifetime value.
At the heart of the course is Zapnito's Customer Knowledge Sharing Model (CKSM), a framework we've developed to help you understand the four distinct mindsets your members bring to your community: the Researcher, the Learner, the Collaborator, and the Creator. Each mindset has different goals, different motivations, and different ways of engaging with knowledge. When you understand them, you can design experiences that actually help your users get what they need through your community.
Across five modules, you'll explore each mindset in depth, including what drives them, what outcomes they're looking for, and how to optimize your hub to serve them well. Each module includes real case studies from our clientsThe Marketing Academy, Springer Nature, and Xapien, so you can see exactly how this plays out in practice.
This course is for you if you're a Zapnito customer who wants to go beyond the basics and build a community that deepens engagement over time, not just at launch.
