He is passionate about creating and growing high performing businesses which has included EY, Ariba (EMEA MD), Goldman Sachs (Global CPO & VMO, EMEA Services CFO & GM), Vervel (CEO), Supplybase (CEO), Deloitte (Partner) and Inverto/BCG (MD). Lance has led the growth of those teams, their clients and their suppliers to consistently exceed objectives and delivery against key metrics. Lance also champions entrepreneurs and social impact through advisory roles with the GreenTech Alliance, the Sustainable Procurement Pledge, the Prince’s Trust Business Launch Group for young people, and as a founder of Procure4Peace.org.
