You are awesome! Don’t go changing because it’s a new year.

Saying that...has anyone made any new year’s resolutions linked to community growth/development?Perhaps something to mix up the day to day tasks or introduce something onto the community that has been on hold for a while (new year, be bold....let's do it!) etc, etc.I am going to learn a little more via the books and podcasts shared on Laura’s post recent.  and also looking forward to meeting more of you during the year.Have a great 2024!RobP.S - if you have made some personal NYR I wish you every success : )

Looking, watching...commenting!

After todays breakfast workshop (thanks for hosting) on The Pathways To Community Led-Growth - I thought it was time to post a community question on here. We had a great conversations on our table around engagement.  There was an understand and respect that a high number of community users gain value from reading/viewing content and don't need to engage with it (comment, share, like etc.)Could be wrong (my notes were pretty messy) but I think someone said 75% of users on a community are "lookers"  rather than contributors.If your community smashes this statistic (in a good way) - what did you do?Thanks.  Rob (no longer in the 75% club)
