Head of Community. Coach. Changemaker.  As Head of Community at The Mesa, a certified coach, and an instinctive problem solver, Jill is known for her facilitation and partnering skills. Jill is also a Scout Leader, bringing positive change for young people in her local area.

I arrived in London in 1994 as a student at the LSE where I received my MSc in Political Economy.  After five years in Investment Banking with Soloman Brothers and Bear Stearns, I joined my first start-up Trayport as Head of Sales & Business Development.  During this time, I returned to university and received my MA in International Peace and Security from Kings College.  I have over twenty years start up experience with a range of data analytics companies including Looker (acquired by Google) and Quantum Metric. After many years of working with start-up SaaS/Enterprise software companies, I realised the tech market has experienced a sea change with customers no longer happy to license yet another software tool in the hopes of solving their business requirements.    Decision makers recognise the pressing need to leverage all data available and be "data drive". In all my conversations, it was clear decision makers wanted timely and actionable intelligence delivered to them in the most cost effective manner. They do not want to run POCs on multiple software tools, train their staff and commit to 12-month software licences.  I believe the Valinor Community can solve this problem by becoming an on-demand, Intelligence force multiplier for Commercial/Government and Nat Sec clients. I believe there is a huge opportunity for the many OSINT analysts in the market with deep domain expertise & tech skills to properly monetise their capabilities.  My vision is to create a Community that is purpose built for Open Source Intelligence analysts - for the Community by the Community :) With the quantity and quality of OSINT available growing daily along with more and more sophisticated investigative tools, there is no limit to what can be achieved.  I am excited to be on this journey with the Valinor Community and I believe it is going to be a fun ride!

Over the years I have had the privilege to work for several global B2B and consumer media businesses across many markets. These include Centaur, The Independent Newspaper, UBM Plc, Informa plc and RELX plc. My commercial experience spans SaaS, Business Intelligence, exhibitions/conferences/virtual events and digital/print media. I have been incredibly fortunate to work extensively across EMEA, Asia and the US with a host of talented people, leading commercial teams and large-scale sales & marketing transformation. I joined B2B Marketing in Feb 2022 as Managing Director and was appointed CEO in September. Most of my career has been in B2B and all of it has been working in and around marketing. I am incredibly proud to be leading a business that sits at the heart of B2B championing excellence and shaping the future.

Hi everyone!  I reside in the Fort Myers, FL area and enjoy spending time with our two rescue pups, as well as heading to the beach to shell hunt.  I'm also a music lover...a self admitted kid of the 80's I love pop music! :).   I joined Cytel in February of 2022 and have a passion for helping customers and customer success teams succeed by delivering value based on the customer's identification of what value is.  Having spent over 20 years working with customers in a collaborative, supporting role I am super excited to be a part of the Cytel Collaboration Community and look forward to learning and meeting new people in the community.
