I spoke with Georgia Leybourne, Chief Marketing Officer at Linnworks, a commerce platform designed to automate and simplify eCommerce operations. The Linnworks Community serves as a central hub where customers can connect, share insights, and collaborate on best practices, fostering learning, resource sharing, and customer advocacy.

During our conversation, Georgia highlighted Linnworks' core values of People and Customer Centricity, emphasising the vital role customer communities play in business growth and retention. She shared her expertise on building and supporting online communities, along with the value they can bring to organisations.
